NOTE: Regular service for new accounts will not begin until March of any year and will close to new accounts in October. Once you order service, you will make one payment and an account engineer will call to set up a visit within the next two weeks at anytime of the year. Depending on your local farm’s operating age, you may immediately receive other benefits like CSA deliveries or be able to receive alternative C.U.N.A. services – these will be discussed with you by the account engineer during his visit and in his report which will be the authorization for any such service approval. 

CMF Gardeners is a proud member of the nation-wide C.U.N.A. group of professionals providing Home exterior and interior services. Lawn and garden services typically refer to a range of services aimed at maintaining and enhancing the health and appearance of your lawn and garden. These services can vary widely depending on the specific needs of your lawn or garden, but they often include:

Fertilization: This involves applying nutrients to your lawn or garden to promote healthy growth. The type of fertilizer used can depend on the specific needs of your soil.

Weed Control: This involves identifying and removing unwanted plants that compete with your lawn or garden for resources.

Pest Control: This involves identifying and managing pests that can damage your lawn or garden.

Aeration: This involves perforating the soil with small holes to allow air, water, and nutrients to penetrate the grass roots. This helps the roots grow deeply and produce a stronger, more vigorous lawn.

Power Seeding: This is a method of planting grass seed directly into existing turf, without tearing up the turf, or the soil. It’s an easy way to improve your lawn’s density.

Tree & Shrub Care: This involves pruning, disease management, and sometimes even removal or planting of trees and shrubs.

PH Balancing & Lime: Soil pH is important for plant health. If it’s too acidic or alkaline, plants may not absorb the nutrients they need from the soil.

By subscribing to our services, you will receive complete management of your lawn throughout the year.  Our first visit is by an account engineer who will assess your lawn care needs and generate a report informing you of what your service will entail and how it will begin and develop throughout the season. You also have the option, during any month, to request a different service for one of the service weekly visits listed in your C.U.N.A. service listing sheet (provided soon after sign-up).
