How do we accomplish this? By transforming your empty non-productive land into income-producing
gardens and tree farm agriculture. Although this is not an easy undertaking, it is made easier by hiring a
Agricultural Land Manager with key member affiliations to agricultural collectives and cooperatives
that help your land become a connected channel and resource.

Requirements For This Project:
1 – Cleared Land
In order to reduce your start-up costs, utilizing clear land on your available property is recommended.
Of course, if you don’t have clear land or need to clear more land, we can manage the services required
to make land usable for profit-making. We can discuss this once we have visited your lot and conducted
a planting & usage survey.

2 – Separated With Private Access/Entrance
The project we develop requires exclusive private entrance and access to the property. Once we take
you on as a client, we become your exclusive agent in regards to developing the property towards
profitability. Our efforts require uninterrupted and unrestricted access, use by our staff, third parties or
our assigns to the subject property and project. You agree to lease us your property for our exclusive
use during the term period (discussed later) in return for the tree farm planting, care, harvesting and
processing so you can realize profits based on your marketing effort. You have the option of hiring
someone to handle marketing for you as many other owners have done with great success.

3 – No Wetland Land (1 Acre Minimum – Preferred Cross Fenced) – Commercial/Industrial Land is OK.
Our programs are mainly based on non-wetland designated areas and cleared land.
Our program details are based on non-wetland acreage, however, we are at this time, handling wetlands
on an experimental basis in conjunction with wetland management agencies with jurisdiction on the
subject property. You will be promptly informed of any development in our work which would have
impact on any wetland designated areas and you will receive any governmental determinations or
suggestions which may authorize any and all of our wetland impacting projects.

What Exactly Do We Do?
Gardens, Specialty Farms & Trees:
We create gardens and mini-farms of various types that support your tree acreage and help build soil.
Our staffers also use the gardens and mini-farms as a source of compensation for their time and effort
in caring for the trees in your tree farm interest.
